Temwa has the objective of building a sustainable community for the people of Malawi.  It does this through community based projects and works with the people of Malawi to enable them to become self sufficient and giving them hope for their families' futures.

Malawi is the 8th poorest country of the world and has 73.9% of the population living on less than $1.25 per day.  It has one of the highest HIV prevalence rates.

Temwa has health education, skills development, agriculture and schools support projects all designed to bring practical support to the people of Malawi.
